Refunds

To receive a refund for an order placed on our website, you must:

  1. Qualify for a refund, and
  2. Return the product(s) in accordance with our official return instructions.

Refunds can only be processed once the returned products have been inspected and approved by our warehouse team.

Conditions for a Refund

The following conditions must be fully met:

  • Packaging and product must be unopened. The outer box (that holds the bottle) and the bottle itself must remain sealed and unused.
  • Products must be used only according to the instructions provided on the packaging. We cannot issue refunds for adverse reactions related to individual ingredient sensitivities.
  • Return request must be made within 14 days. You must have received the order less than 14 days ago.
  • Products must be returned following our return instructions. Refunds cannot be approved if the return process has not been followed correctly.

Please review our Return Instructions carefully before sending your item back.

Important Notes

  • We are unable to issue refunds for items that arrive opened, used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging.
  • Products sent back without prior communication or outside the return window cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
