Returns

To return a product purchased from our website, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The outer box and inner bottle must be unopened
  • You received the order within the last 14 days

For customs and logistics reasons, returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.

If these conditions are not met, we’re unable to accept the return.


How to Start a Return

If you qualify for a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us form to request a return. Please include your order number in your message.
  2. Our support team will reply with the warehouse return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship the product back using your preferred courier.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us
  • We cannot accept in-person returns
  1. Once shipped, please email us a photo of your shipping receipt. The receipt must show the correct warehouse return address.
  1. After we receive your returned product, our warehouse will inspect it. If all return conditions are met, we will begin the refund process.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your original payment method.


Important Notes

We cannot issue refunds for orders marked “Refused” or “Returned to Sender.” This includes situations where:

  • A customer does not pick up their parcel from the courier
  • A customer refuses delivery
  • A customer refuses to complete required customs payments (if applicable)

Products that arrive opened, used, or damaged (for reasons other than courier damage) cannot be refunded.
