These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Swiss Cosmetics and Nutrition Labs AG. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website and all related business relationships between Swiss Cosmetics and Nutrition Labs AG and our customers.
Products and Availability
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and refund your payment.
Orders and Contract
By placing an order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
A contract is formed only after we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud).
Order Cancellations
Due to the automated nature of our order fulfilment process, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If you no longer want your order, you may return the products according to our return policy (if eligible) and request a refund.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in CHF or EUR and include applicable taxes, where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through our payment service provider Wallee AG. We do not store credit card information.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to selected countries. Available destinations are shown during checkout or in the Shipping help section. Delivery times and shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs or courier delays). We are not liable for delays once the product has left our facility.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, you must notify us by email within the withdrawal period. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. You bear the return shipping costs.
We will refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) upon receipt of the returned goods.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@swisscosmeticslab.com within 14 days of receiving your items.
a. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (including shipping costs) at our discretion.
b. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers Only)
This section further details the withdrawal rights described above. If you are a consumer based in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, email us before the withdrawal period expires. The returned goods must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- Shipped back at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us
Return address: You must contact us by email to obtain the correct warehouse return address. Returns must follow the specific instructions provided by our team. You will also be asked to submit a copy or photo of the shipping receipt. Returns that do not follow our process may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.
We will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
c. Exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective.
Returned items must be shipped from the same country as the original delivery. Returns sent from outside the delivery country may be refused or subject to additional import charges.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for packages marked as “Refused” or “Returned to Sender,” including those returned due to unpaid customs duties or uncollected deliveries.
User Accounts
You may create an account to track orders and manage your preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Swiss Cosmetics and Nutrition Labs AG and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Cosmetic products must be used only as directed on the label. Because every skin type is different, we recommend checking the full ingredient list before use. Swiss Cosmetics and Nutrition Labs AG is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from individual sensitivities to listed ingredients.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding the conflict of laws provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
EU consumers may also submit disputes via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
